Service Agreement

Before services begin, clients are required to sign a detailed service agreement outlining the scope of work, costs, and responsibilities of both parties. Resorting Lyfe, LLC offers a range of services, including credit analysis, dispute processing, financial education, and credit-building strategies. While we provide professional guidance and strategic support, no service can guarantee specific outcomes, as results are influenced by the credit bureaus, creditors, and client participation. Signing the service agreement indicates that clients fully understand and accept the terms, and it serves as the foundation for a cooperative and transparent working relationship.

Privacy Policy

Resorting Lyfe, LLC values the confidentiality and security of our clients’ personal and financial information. All client data is stored securely and is used solely for the purpose of providing credit repair and related financial services. Personal and financial information will not be shared with any third party without explicit client consent, except in cases where disclosure is required by law or legal process. Clients can feel confident that their sensitive information is protected, and we employ strict measures to ensure data security, including secure communication channels and controlled access to records.

Compliance Policy

Resorting Lyfe, LLC operates in full compliance with the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and all applicable Louisiana state laws. We strictly adhere to legal and ethical standards in providing credit repair services. This includes providing accurate information, avoiding misleading promises, and never engaging in unlawful practices such as creating new identities or falsifying information. Clients can trust that our methods are legal, professional, and aligned with industry standards. Compliance is a core principle of our business, and all staff are trained to maintain these standards in every interaction.

Refund Policy

At Resorting Lyfe LLC, we are committed to providing quality credit repair and financial services to all of our clients. Because our services require immediate initiation of work and a significant investment of time and effort, all payments are considered final once services have been rendered. Once disputes, credit analysis, or any other services have been started or completed on your behalf, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining access to their credit monitoring accounts, as the success of our services depends on the cooperation of credit bureaus, creditors, and other third parties, which are beyond our control. If payment has been made but no work has begun, a refund request may be submitted within 24 hours of payment; however, once work begins, this option is no longer available.

By enrolling in our services, clients acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy.
